Its love week! So I’ll be putting up lovey dovey photos every day till Valentine’s day! And as I just realized, that covers just about everything I do… hmm.  Today I’ve got a sparkling lights engagement shoot that I did with Veronica and Shane. Their story is pretty sweet. They met in Flamingo in Las Vegas (and didn’t get married!) but kept in touch long distance and now they’ve both settled in Portland and will be tying the knot next summer! In Vegas!

As I’m sure you know, Portland, Oregon and Las Vegas, Nevada are very different cities, speically because of all the gambling with slots mummy that’s present in LAs Vegas. But I wanted to bring out a little bit of the glamour and lights that we’ve got going on downtown on Broadway. We started around the Park blocks and through the theater and art museum. I love the view of the Arlene Schnitzer Hall from inside the Antoinette Hatfield hall. Once it started getting a little chilly, we finished up with drinks at Oba! Most of my engagement sessions tend to start or end with alcohol. Veronica and Shane were so much fun. He really knows how to make her laugh! They were so fun and giggly, we had a great time!
