Jenni and Bjeorn’s winter wedding was such a pleasure for me to photograph because I got to hang out with my family all day! Jenni is my husband’s cousin, so I was surrounded by aunts, uncles, grandparents and sisters throughout the day. It just barely felt like work… like, right at the end when my feet started to hurt a little. It was pretty cold and rainy all day, but it didn’t matter too much because Jenni rented a suite at the 3rd St Flats. Soooo gorgeous! If you’re planning a winter or early spring wedding, this is definitely the way to go. We were able to take all of the group pictures, preparation pictures and even bride and groom romantics in their suite. With 12 foot ceilings and huge windows, it was practically a photo studio! Plus, of course, Jenni and Bjeorn spent their wedding night there (don’t worry, the pictures end at the reception). Their ceremony and reception took place at the McMinnville Grand Ballroom. So beautiful! Check out all of those details, yellow and gray are like magic together!
Jenni and Bjeorn’s theme for the wedding was simple elegance and I think they hit it dead on! In Jenni’s words, “We want a stress free, simple wedding where everyone can enjoy themselves and feel the love!! We have a lot of international guest attending, so it should be quite special.”
Special thanks to Kate Maxwell Photography for second shooting.
