Anne Amie Vineyard Proposal

Ahhh! Yes, I love photographing proposals. Seriously. Its so exciting. ¬And a little nerve wracking. Of course you assume she’s going to say yes, but who knows? We started off in the barrel room with their last bit of wine and then headed out to the beautiful forest area that’s just outside the wine tasting room. I don’t know exactly how much wine these two had before I showed up, but definitely enough to skip around and have a good time together! I also love the shot towards the end of the post where they’re trying to do “serious face” for the camera. It didn’t work out but I like “trying not to crack up” face better anyway.

Wow, I can’t believe we covered all of this in one morning! Jeremy called me up just a few days before he was going to pop the question to his girlfriend, Cassie. He thought a vineyard would be nice. Maybe one with some cool trees? Or just one big tree? I talked to my good friend Becky of No Ordinary Affair and she said, “You have to go to Vista Vineyards. Just go there. It will be perfect.” Ok, cool. I guess we’re going there. “Oh and by the way,” says Jeremy, “What if I proposed to her in a hot air balloon? Could you be there when we come down?”

Of course I’ll be there! Hot air balloon proposal, are you kidding? Isn’t that every girl’s dream? (That’s not just me, right?)
