Warning: There might be kind of an excessive amount of kissing in these wedding pictures. I’m sorry, but they like each other A LOT, what else could I do?
When I first met with Brad and Alison back when they were just fresh little newly engagees, I couldn’t help be reminded of Jeff and I. That’s what happens when I meet some couples. I get all mushy and think about all the lovey doveyness in my own marriage. Its kind of a problem. Or not. I don’t know. If you want me as your wedding photographer, you just might have to put up with a little mushiness and “I got something in my eye” shenanigans. Anyway…
Alison and Brad had a beautiful wedding celebration at The World Forestry Center with their family and friends. I love the Forestry Center because there is such a huge variety of beautiful natural scenery within walking distance. (Go figure) We had some time before the wedding for Alison and Brad to see each other for the first time. (We wedding photographers call this the “First Look” just in case you were wondering) But that’s always my favorite part. If I’m lucky, the guy will even cry a little. Its awesome.
Then we had a lot of fun with the wedding party. We even did a jumping picture! Ok, I know that is so 2009, but we kept it fresh. Tell me what you think. 🙂
The ceremony music and reception was DJ’d by Anthony from A Sound Choice. He’s pretty chill and laid back, very easy to work with. (If you want to know why those are good traits for a DJ to have, ask me about the Diva DJ I encountered last year, not cool)
Congratulations you two and of course thank you so much to Kim O’Neil for being my awesome second as usual!
