We started with red vino at my studio and then took a stroll down to the waterfront. The trees were blooming, birds were doing their bird stuff and we even had a gorgeous sunset!
Alison had seen a paint fight style engagement session online and thought that would be a great time... until Brad threw his first fistful of green paint... into her mouth.
Luke is a dance instructor and Sheila is a happy woman with gorgeous curls so you can imagine how tough that made my job! Luke had her twirling, dipping and hoisted up in the air.
I say almost because obviously you actually want to get married - that's the ultimate goal here, blah blah blah. But I freakin love engagement sessions!
We get to go anywhere at any time of day and not worry about crying ring bearers, drunk uncles or tight schedules. I get to really know the two of you in your natural element. If you wanna go on a hot air balloon at dawn - let's do it! Scale Smith Rock - that's a definite maybe! Or just a stroll in the park? We can absolutely do that.
You'll get to have beautiful, relaxed photos that you can put into a guest book, hang on the wall or just plaster all over facebook to make your friends jealous of your mushy, kissy face love!
