Digital Pinhole Camera

I came across a post online from photojojo (very cool blog) about pinhole cameras, and then I found a tutorial about how to make your own digital pinhole camera. Sounds like fun right? Well… after much experimentation, I discovered that a digital pinhole camera is just not quite as cool as it sounds. Basically, you take the lens off of your SLR, cover it with black paper and tin foil and poke a hole in the middle. Its kinda cool, but really, what’s the point? They’re grainy. That’s fun I guess. Anyway, I had my fun with it and now I’m done. I think I’ll stick to my traditional lenses.  If you’re interested in making your own digital pinhole, I can give you more detailed directions. Here’s what I got:
