I’m so excited for Jaime and Byron’s wedding in August. Jaime is my sister in law and she’s got great taste. I just got the wedding invitation in the mail and I know that’s just a hint of the beauty and elegance that is to come!

For their engagement session, I drove to Yakima and we took a walk through the family’s not-quite-blooming apple orchard (who needs apple blossoms anyway?) On the way back we visited Byron’s favorite broke down truck. I don’t know if all guys have a favorite broke down truck, but this guy does! Byron was a bit reluctant to do the shoot at first, but once we got to that old GMC Byron was in his element and asking for a cigarette (no, he doesn’t smoke, but he probably would’ve looked even cooler with a cancer stick between his fingers)
