we walked along the boardwalk of the Columbia river in Vancouver. The sun was just starting to set so we got that beautiful warm light everywhere. I love the color pallet of this whole engagement shoot! The purples and oranges are so good together.

Eric is all about the very public displays of affection while Sarah mostly tries to avoid them. I absolutely love this first shot of the two of them because its so real. Sarah has that adorable coy look going on. Ha! I love it!
The Tiffany Center was the perfect backdrop for Angela and Josh’s vintage glamour theme that they had going on. I absolutely love the chandelier and mirror behind the altar. The ceremony was so much fun to photograph because I could go up in the balcony and get a great overview of everything. Beautiful!
I love it when I get to photograph bridal beauty portraits for my brides! Anna and Jacob just got married two weeks ago and Anna made a 6×6 boudoir album for her man.
Wow, I seriously cannot get enough of the Gorge lately! Laura and Jesse spent a lot of time out here in the Gorge growing up and its a really special place to Laura’s family. They’re getting married on the Washington side of the Gorge in October at a place called Cape Horn Estate. I can’t wait! I know it will be absolutely overflowing with amazing florals because guess what? Laura is the daughter of the owners of Gifford’s Flowers downtown! (Or maybe she is a part owner – I’m not sure?) Anyway, they know flowers, they love flowers and I know they will get super creative for this wedding!
The bride and groom were married at the White House in Coeur d Alene – a gorgeous outdoor/indoor venue just a few blocks from the lake. Karla walked down the aisle with her father on one arm and a gorgeous stargazer lily bouquet on the other. They opened the reception with a surprise duet – the same song that Joe proposed to Karla with! The rest of the wedding reception was a little bit like a big high school reunion party!
