Wow! Cindy and Seth’s wedding at Grossen Peaches was so beautiful down to every last detail. From the outside of this wedding, I just wouldn’t think it could also be super fun and laid back.
What happens when you mix a gallon of vodka, sparklers and a pool with an awesome bride and groom? You get the best backyard wedding celebration ever! (For optimum results, it helps to have mostly 22 year olds in the wedding party). Brittany and Tanner’s wedding was beautiful, spontaneous and easily the most fun I had while “working” all year.

Oh my gosh, I had so much fun with these two during their engagement session! Laura and Joel were just ridiculous and goofy, having a good time together. I love getting to photograph couples who just like being together. It seems kinda obvious, but… not always the case.
We started hanging out around the park blocks by the art museum downtown. Laura surprised me by playing a gorgeous piece on the open air piano outside the art museum. Around dusk we got a little bit more serious and found some gorgeous spots by the Schnitzer Concert Hall and then headed over to Council Crest just in time to catch a gorgeous pastel sunset!

Historic Deepwood Estate Wedding
Andrea and Joshua had an intimate wedding ceremony with just their closest family and friends. It was beautiful and perfect. If I could photograph laid back, personal weddings like this every day, I’d be one happy photographer! It was the kind of wedding where you really feel something special.

I’m so, so happy I had the opportunity to be their official “international wedding photographer.” And even better, Jeff came with and excellently assisted me with lighting and equipment. The groom, David is a friend of ours from college. So when I found out he was getting married in Vietnam, I pretty much forced him to hire me.
