Oh my gosh, Marea and Travis are just so good together! They got married in her parent’s “backyard” in Washougal Washington. This was definitely one of those warm and fuzzy feel good weddings. Their family was super involved and the wedding was amazing!
Of course, everything went wonderfully smooth because of all the behind the scenes work by Kindred Spirits Planning and Design. Hiring a professional coordinator is really nice, even if its just for that day. They take all of the stress and answer all of the questions so you can just relax. That’s the only thing I would have changed about my wedding. My mom was essentially my wedding coordinator and I never saw her that day because she was always working!
Ok, sorry for the sidetrack, back to the new bride and groom. This was the first ever wedding that Marea’s parent’s hosted on their private property and I think they’re hoping to do more after this. They have a perfect setup. Also, did you see that creek? I’m so glad I convinced the newlyweds to go out there (although it didn’t take much convincing, they’re pretty game for whatever).
My favorite part of the ceremony was probably their little flower girl. Oh my gosh, what a cutie. And she was jump throwing the petals. I actually caught a shot of her airborn!
The reception was full of the sweetest toasts, best dancing and AMAZING mousse!
Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs! You will have many, many years of happiness, I’m sure!!
And, big thanks to my second shooter, Kim O’Neil! Ya da best!
